Why are we sending this text?

As BYM Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘KVKK’) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfilment of the Obligation of Disclosure published in the Official Newspaper dated 10.03.2018 numbered 30356, with this ‘Information’ letter prepared in the capacity of Data Supervisor, we hereby inform you that within the framework of Articles 10 titled ‘Obligation of the Data Supervisor to Disclose’ in the ‘KVKK’ (PDLP), 11 titled ‘Rights of the Data Subject’ and Articles 4 and 5 in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfilment of the Obligation of Disclosure; for what purpose your personal data. Within the framework of Articles 11 titled ‘Rights of the Data Subject’ and Articles 4 and 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in the Fulfilment of the Disclosure Obligation; It has been arranged in order to inform you about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK (PDLP).

It applies to the personal data of the persons specified above in the relevant person group collected and processed by our company in the capacity of data controller.

Your browser information, IP address, website access log records, and your name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and the message you want to send to our Company if you fill out the contact form at https://www.bymyazilim.com.tr;

• If the Demo Request form at https://www.bymyazilim.com.tr is filled in, your data such as name, surname, preferred solutions, e-mail address, region (province, district), mobile phone number and notes to be sent to the Company;
• Data such as name, surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number are collected if the Dealership Application form at https://www.bymyazilim.com.tr is filled in.

With whom and for what purpose do we share your personal data?

In case of legal obligations or the existence of the conditions of Article 8/2 and 9/2 of the KVKK (PDPL), your personal data; In accordance with the law and the rule of honesty, your personal data are shared with our company lawyer, judicial and administrative authorities requesting information, third party persons or persons from whom our Company will receive services in order to achieve the described purposes, or with public institutions or organisations authorised to request such data as required by a legal obligation, for purposes such as exercising our right to legal defence in the event of a possible legal dispute, investigation, judicial or administrative audit and other cases, responding to official or legal other information and document requests, provided that it is limited and measured within specific, clear and legitimate purposes in an accurate and up-to-date manner in accordance with the law and the rule of honesty.

What is the Collection and Processing Method of Your Personal Data?

We collect your personal data automatically by means of cookies when you first log in to the www.bymyazilim.com.tr website, your browser information, IP address, in-website access log records automatically; by filling out the contact form; digitally save it in the information system, store it on the physical server and cloud server, and process it by creating databases, making lists, filling documents, writing petitions, filling forms, etc. automatically or non-automatically depending on the nature of the work and the nature of the personal data requested / to be processed.

What are the Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data?

Your Rights under the LPPD

Your personal data by applying to our company;

5. Request correction if incomplete / incorrectly processed,
6. To request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (PDPL),
7. Request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (ç) and (d) above to the third parties to whom it is transferred,
8. Object to the occurrence of a result that is to your detriment as a result of being analysed exclusively by automated systems,
9. If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

Measures for the Protection of Your Personal Data

Protection of personal data is an important issue for our company. Our company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect against unauthorised access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information. Our company undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security and to show due diligence.

Although our Company takes the necessary information security measures, in the event that personal data is damaged or seized by third parties as a result of attacks on the website and the system, our Company will immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Keeping Your Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date

Those who share their personal data with our company acknowledge and declare that they are aware that it is important that this information is accurate and kept up-to-date, both in terms of the rights they have on their personal data in terms of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and that the responsibilities arising from providing incorrect information will be entirely their own.

Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Your Personal Data

Your personal data processed for the purposes specified in this Information text; When the purpose requiring processing according to Article 7 / f.1 of the KVKK (PDPL)disappears and, if any, when the periods determined by the Laws expire; In accordance with our Company’s Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy, it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised by us ex officio or upon your request and will continue to be used.
