Production Definitions
This screen is the area where you define the steps (operations) through which a product will be produced during the production process. In other words, the production path (route) of the product is determined here.
ROUTE / OPERATION MANAGEMENT SCREEN

This screen is the area where you define the steps (operations) through which a product will be produced during the production process. In other words, the production path (route) of the product is determined here.
Top Buttons:
- Add: Used to add a new operation line
- Delete: Deletes the selected operation line
- Save: Save all changes made
Operations Table:
Route 1: This is the area where the production route is selected or defined.
2.Operation: This is the area where the name of the operation to be performed is selected (Cutting, Assembly, etc.).
3rd Sequence Number: This is the field that indicates the order in which the operations will be performed.
4th Station: This is the area where the section or machine where the operation will be performed is selected.
5.Description:This is the field where additional information about the operation is entered.
Process Logic
- The production process is described here step by step
- The system directs production according to this order
- If the order of operations is wrong, the production process will also be wrong
Example Logic
To produce a table:
This sequence is defined here
Description
The route operation management screen is the area that determines which operations and in what order the product to be produced will pass. Work steps, stations and process sequence in the production process are defined on this screen. In this way, production planning, work tracking and operation management are carried out in a systematic and controlled manner.
JUSTIFICATION DEFINITIONS SCREEN

This screen is the definition screen that allows the user to be asked for an explanation (justification) during the operations performed in the system.
Fields:
1. Description:This is the field where the name of the justification is entered.
2. Type: This is the field where the data type of the justification is selected (text, number, date, etc.).
3. Mandatory:This is the field where it is selected whether the justification will be mandatory or not.
4. Operations: This is the field where the operations in which the rationale will be used are selected (wait, start, stop, etc.).
5. Default: This is the field where it is determined whether the reason will be automatically selected or not.
6. Active: This is the field where it is determined whether the justification will be active in the system or not.
Process Logic
- The system asks the user in some transactions: "Why did you stop it?", "Why did you cancel it?" he asks
- Thanks to this screen, these answers are standardized and reportable
STATUS DEFINITIONS SCREEN

This screen is the area where the statuses used to determine the stage of the work orders and operations in the production process are defined. Thanks to the defined statuses, production processes can be monitored, controlled and reported step by step.
Production Status Definitions:
Expresses the general status of the work order
1st Explanation: The name of the status.
2.Active: Determines whether the status is available in the system or not. Passive statuses do not appear in the lists and selection cannot be made.
Operation Status Definitions:
Represents the status of operations within production
3.Explanation: Indicates the current status of the operation.
4.Active: Determines whether the status is active or passive. Passive statuses cannot be used in operations.
Operation Logic:
- When the production process is started, the status of the work order is automatically updated.
- As each operation progresses, its status changes.
- The entire production process is tracked through these statuses.
- Thanks to statuses, delays, downtimes and completed works in the process can be easily analyzed.
SHIFT DEFINITIONS SCREEN

This screen is used to determine the hours at which the personnel and production processes in the enterprise will work. Thanks to shifts, production planning, personnel tracking and cost calculations are carried out in an orderly and controlled manner.
Top Area (General Information):
Code 1: This is the unique code of the shift in the system. Example: VARD-01
2nd Name: The name of the shift. Example: Morning Shift, Night Shift
3.Active/Passive: Determines the usage status of the shift, active shifts can be used in planning and assignments.
SubTable (Time Intervals):
4.Start: It refers to the time when the shift starts.
5.End: It refers to the time when the shift ends.
6.Duration:It is the total working time of the shift, it can be calculated automatically by the system or entered manually.
7th Coefficient: It is the multiplier value of the shift. Example: Night shift=1.5, Shift=1
Operation Logic:
- Working hours are defined on a shift basis.
- Personnel and production processes are assigned to relevant shifts.
- The system automatically makes time and cost calculations according to defined hours and coefficients.
- Thanks to this structure, production planning becomes more efficient and trackable.
PRODUCTION FORM DEFINITIONS SCREEN

This screen is the area where data entry forms (recording screens) to be used in production processes are defined. What information will be collected from operators during production is determined through these forms, and a data collection standard is established throughout the process.
Fields:
- Name: The name of the form that appears in the system.
- Description: Explains the purpose for which the form will be used.
Gives information about the place of use, scope and content.
Operation Logic:
- The relevant form is opened automatically or manually at certain stages of the production process.
- The operator enters the necessary information on the form.
- The entered data is recorded in the system and used in reporting.
- Thanks to standard forms, data entries become organized and comparable.
Where is it used?
- Data collection during operation
- Quality control processes
- Step by step tracking of the production process
- Machine and operator performance measurements
Thanks to this structure, all data in the production process is systematically collected, analyzed and used for process improvements.
PRODUCTION OUTPUT CONTROL FORM DEFINITIONS

This screen is the area where the forms to be used in the quality and conformity checks to be carried out at the final stage of the product after production is completed are defined. This screen determines which checks the product will undergo and what information will be received before shipment.
Fields:
1st Explanation: The name of the form.
2nd Type: Determines the type of data to be entered in the form.
3.Modules: Determines which modules the form will be used in.
Operation Logic:
- When production is completed, the relevant output control form comes into play.
- The operator or quality control personnel fills out the form.
- Depending on the definition, the form may be made mandatory.
- Product issue (shipment) cannot be made until the checks are completed.
- Entered data is used for quality monitoring and reporting.
Thanks to this structure, the compliance of the products produced with the quality standards is ensured and the shipment of defective products is prevented.
PRODUCT PACKAGING AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This screen is used to determine the packaging method in which the produced products will be stored and shipped. The packaging types of the products, such as parcels, pallets and boxes, are defined here and a standard structure is created in the stock and shipment processes.
Fields:
1.Name: The name of the packaging type.
2.Barcode:This is the barcode information of the packaging type. It enables fast and error-free tracking of products on a package basis.
3rd Unit: It is the unit of measurement of the packaging type.
Operation Logic:
- Products are assigned to the appropriate packaging type after production.
- Stock movements and shipment operations are carried out according to this packaging structure.
- Thanks to the use of barcodes, products can be tracked quickly and accurately.
- It enables more efficient management of packaging types, warehouse layout and logistics processes.
Thanks to this structure, operational efficiency is increased by standardizing the storage, transportation and shipment of products.
